Each year, we welcome a new group of students to our company, providing them with insights into the practical aspects of working with rubber and the actual production process. Their visit typically begins with a brief introduction, followed by a guided tour of our production facilities and concludes with an interactive session where we address all their questions. We believe that the entire meeting is an excellent opportunity for students to gain a deeper understanding of our work and the practical application of their academic knowledge in work processes. Students consistently express a keen interest, leaving us confident that among them, there may be future contributors to our team.
